Smokey Southwest Creamed Corn

Amazing flavors and simple recipe for your own homemade creamed corn!

Ingredients;
- 2 ears sweet corn
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 tsp PSC Smokey Southwest
- 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1.5 Cups shredded pepper jack cheese
- Green onion for garnish

Directions:
- Cut corn off cob and place in a cast iron skillet over medium heat
- Mix in PSC Smokey Southwest and cook for about five minutes
- Add minced garlic and cook for a few more minutes (looking for the corn to be nice and tender)
- Turn heat to low and mix in yogurt and cheese

- Top with green onion and enjoy!
