    My husband loves the peppers n onions he gets at our favorite Mexican restaurant but we have not been able to duplicate until now. I received my two items (smoked salt and hickory smoked sugar) Friday, 23 June and used the salt to help season some roasted veggies (pettite potatoes, squash, bell pepper and red onion from our garden) I cooked on Saturday. OMG my husband who did not know made a comment on his first bite how delicious the veggies were. I told him I used the salt and he can’t wait until I make him his carmelized peppers n onions.
