Smokey Southwest Pretzel Meatballs
Using pretzels instead of breadcrumbs and smokey flavors of the Southwest turn these meatballs into a treat for your family and friends!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzel crumbs
- 2 Tbsp PSC Smokey Southwest
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix just enough to combine
- Make into equal size balls (should make 12-15)
- Place on baking sheet kind with parchment paper
- Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes
