Smoke Pairing: Oak or Pecan
Ingredients:
• 2 oz bourbon
• ½ tsp Prescott Spice Company Whiskey Smoked Sugar
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• ½ tsp Prescott Spice Company Orange Balsamic
• Orange peel (for garnish)
• Luxardo cherry (optional)
• Frozen granite whiskey cubes
• Wood chips (oak or pecan)
Instructions:
1. Smoke the glass: Add wood chips to the smoker’s chimney, ignite them, and cover for 30-60 seconds.
2. Wet the glass rim with orange balsamic, then coat it with Prescott Spice Company’s Whiskey Smoked Sugar.
3. Muddle sugar with bitters and Orange Balsamic in a separate mixing glass.
4. Place frozen granite whiskey cubes in the smoked glass, pour the bourbon mixture over them, and stir gently.
5. Place the prepared cocktail under the smoker lid for 30 seconds. Garnish with an orange peel and a Luxardo
