Smoke Pairing: Apple

Ingredients
• 2 oz high-end bourbon or rye whiskey
• 1 oz premium coffee liqueur
• 1 oz freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
• ½ oz Madagascar vanilla bean syrup
• 2 dashes chocolate bitters
• Ice
• Smoked cocoa nibs & espresso bean garnish

• Dark chocolate shavings

Instructions
1. Prepare the Glass: Lightly moisten the rim with vanilla syrup, then dip into a mix of Whiskey Smoked Sugar and dark chocolate shavings.
2. Build the Cocktail: In a shaker, combine bourbon, coffee liqueur, espresso, vanilla bean syrup, and chocolate bitters. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
3. Smoke the Drink: Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Place a chimney smoker over the glass, add apple wood chips and ignite. Let the smoke infuse for 30 seconds, then remove the smoker.
4. Garnish & Serve: Top with a few smoked cocoa nibs and an espresso bean for a luxurious finish.
