Sweet and Spicy Pork Loin

Apples, onions and mushrooms cooked with Whiskey Smoked Sugar stuffed in a pork loin seasoned with Chipotle Dust! The combination of spicy and sweet will have your taste buds dancing!

Cook the filling using Whiskey Smoked Sugar. Cut the loin open where it lays flat. Season both sides with Chipotle Dust. Add filling, roll tightly, and bake or smoke until internal temperature is 145º.
