Ingredients:
– 3 eggs
– 1 cup milk
– 1/2 stick melted butter
– 8 slices leftover country loaf bread
– 4 Tbsp PSC Southwest Cinnamon Sugar
– Real maple syrup
Directions:
– Wisk together melted butter and Southwest Cinnamon Sugar
– Wisk together eggs, milk, and butter mixture
– Cook on medium high skillet for a few minutes on each side
– Top with real maple syrup and enjoy
