This delicious, tender and juicy pork tenderloin will wow your family and friends. Amazing flavors from the caramelized filling combined with the pork will have your taste buds dancing!
Ingredients:
– 1 pork tenderloin
– 1 sweet onion
– 1 cup chopped mushrooms
– 1 pound prepared bacon
– 2 Tbsp olive oil
– 2 Tbsp PSC Chipotle Dust
– 1 Tbsp PSC Whiskey Smoked Sugar
– 2 tsp PSC Smoked Salt
Directions:
– filet open the tenderloin and flatten with kitchen mallet
– season both sides with Chipotle Dust
– Caramelize onions and mushrooms with oil, Whiskey Smoked Sugar and Smoked Salt
– Spread onions, mushrooms and bacon over tenderloin
– Roll up tightly and tie with butcher string
– Bake at 350° until internal temp reaches 145°
– Let rest for 15 minutes, then slice and enjoy!
