Smokey Southwest Pretzel Meatballs

Using pretzels instead of breadcrumbs and smokey flavors of the Southwest turn these meatballs into a treat for your family and friends!

Ingredients:
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 whole egg
– 1/2 cup crushed pretzel crumbs
– 2 Tbsp PSC Smokey Southwest
– 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
– Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix just enough to combine
– Make into equal size balls (should make 12-15)
– Place on baking sheet kind with parchment paper

– Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes
