Amazing flavors and simple recipe for your own homemade creamed corn!

Ingredients;
– 2 ears sweet corn
– 2 tsp olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2-3 tsp PSC Smokey Southwest
– 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt
– 1.5 Cups shredded pepper jack cheese
– Green onion for garnish

Directions:
– Cut corn off cob and place in a cast iron skillet over medium heat
– Mix in PSC Smokey Southwest and cook for about five minutes
– Add minced garlic and cook for a few more minutes (looking for the corn to be nice and tender)
– Turn heat to low and mix in yogurt and cheese

– Top with green onion and enjoy!
