Elevate your avocado toast by adding the smokiness and spice of Precott Spice Company’s Chipotle Dust!
Ingredients:
– 2 slices of prepared toast (we like a nice hearty wholegrain bread)
– 1 avocado
– juice from 1/2 lime
– 1 clove of minced garlic
– 2 Tbsp minced cilantro
– 2 fried eggs
– 1.5 tsp PSC Chipotle Dust
– PSC Smoked Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
– mash avocado with lime juice, garlic, cilantro and Chipotle Dust
– spread over toast
– top with fried egg
– use Smoked Salt and freshly ground black pepper to finish it off
