Jalapeños, Whiskey Smoked Sugar and Smoked Salt! The salt helps bring out the flavor while the sugar helps the caramelization process. These are great on burgers, tacos, salads, baked potatoes, loaded fries, nachos and so much more!

Ingridients:
– 2 large sweet onions, halved and cut in strips
– 6 large jalepenos, stemmed and cut in strips (leave as much or little of the seeds and core depending on your heat level)
– 1/4 cup Olive oil
– 2 tablespoons PSC Whiskey Smoked Sugar
– 1 teaspoon PSC Smoked Salt

Directions:
Put about a 1/4 cup Olive oil in a large skillet set to medium. Put onions, jalepeños, sugar and salt and mix well. Stir frequently while cooking. After they turn translucent they will begin to brown. Keep cooking and they will continue to darken. When you start to see some black spots they’re getting close. They are done when they have deep, rich coloring. Total cooking time is about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
